I had called Crown on a general contractor's recommendation when my AC was acting up and about 3 hours later they had Daryl at my door. Customer service kept me up to date on when he'd be coming and even offered typical pricing without needing to ask for it so there were no surprises. Daryl was friendly and polite even though our dog decided to be a tyrant and harass him. He even wore shoe covers whenever in the house. He gave our system a health screening end to end, and gave me a detailed walkthrough of everything. He took the time to give me tips on how to best take care of our system to save energy and extend it's life which I really appreciated. The next time we need any HVAC work I'll definitely be going back to Crown and probably asking if Daryl is available.
Crown quickly responded to my request to investigate a malfunctioning air conditioner at a rental unit I own. Crown got to site within 4 hours and replaced a bad furnace blower.
They notified the tenents prior to arriving at the site and were very professional and courteous.
Corey, the technician who performed the service call, was very professional and easy to talk to. He thoroughly explained what he did or did not find with my system.
I've been using Crown to regularly service my Geothermal unit for several years. They are always professional and thorough. My only challenge is scheduling, since there are few techs that still work on geo units.
