Crown Heating & Cooling seeks to hire a full time Warehouse/Material Coordinator, Residential Service Plumber, RV Technician, HVAC/R Residential Service Technician and Sales/Lead Generation Specialist. Increased demand from our customers has created an opportunity for the right individual to join our team.
We're looking for a Warehouse/Material Coordinator with:
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to safely move heavy objects
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed to stay on schedule
- A clean driving record
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensuring that the shelves are stocked and material can be pulled as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Tagging all new deliveries, confirm with Purchasing department
- Sending the technicials parts at the end of every day
- Inspecting new deliveries for damage prior to accepting
- Checking in any new equipment as it comes in and relocating it to the proper location
We're looking for a Residential Service Plumber with:
- Minimum 5 years plumbing service experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen

We’re looking for RV Technician with:
- RV Service Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
- Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
- Knowledge in electrical, V-AC, and 12 volt systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair appliances
- Ability to diagnose and repair generators is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform LOF on gas and diesel units is a plus but not required
- Minimum 3-year service technician experience
- Upon hire, technicians must furnish their own hand/shop tools
- Have a current valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills as this position requires interaction with our customers
- Maintain a safe and clean work area

- Residential HVAC experience
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Universal Refrigerant Certification
- OSHA 10 preferred
- NATE certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record

We're looking for a Sales/Lead Generation Specialist:
We are looking for someone enthusiastic who is motivated and wants to work in an exciting, growing industry, learn new things, meet lots of people, and wants to create their own opportunities. We work for one of the country’s largest home improvement companies and are looking to represent our product in their major retail stores.
