Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential New Construction Plumber to join our team. This role is responsible for installing plumbing systems in new home construction projects, ensuring all work is completed according to code, on time, and to our company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install water, drainage, and gas piping systems in new residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with general contractors, builders, and other trades on-site
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of installed systems
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing (new construction preferred)
- Valid plumbing license or apprentice card (state-specific)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
