I cannot recommend Crown highly enough. We had a somewhat unusual set of circumstances that ended up knocking out our furnace and a/c and they were quick to understand the situation and have someone out the very next day after we called. Our service tech was Brian W. He was great, he called to let us know he was on his way within the time frame we were told. He was very friendly and professional when he arrived and was quick to get our problem fixed. Our heat and a/c are now both fully functional again. He was also kind enough to suggest a better (and cheaper!) furnace filter option than I was already using and explained why the cheaper option was all we need, so awesome! We will definitely be using Crown again!
Our service technician today was Derick Secrest. He was so efficient and so kind. My husband and I were so very pleased with his work and his great personality. He is definitely an asset to your company. We have been with your company for quite a few years and have always been pleased with your service. Professional and knowledgeable
All experience was good. Easy to make an appointment. All staff I talked to on the phone was very helpful. The technician was on time. Technician was very good. He knew what he was looking for. He knew exactly what was wrong with the furnace. He did not mess around at all. He was Very informative. Thank you so much for helping me out today.
Ralph did a great job checking out our furnace and A.C. unit. He also provided useful owner maintenance tips.

Service tech very thorough and suggested several different things we could do to make our heating and cooling system more efficient. Have always had a great experience with all the service technicians.
Ralph was on tie and did a through job inspecting and working the A/C system. He explained what he did in detail. Very satisfied with his inspection.
In the future, I would appreciate an inspection appointment in April for the A/C, and September for the Heating.
Crown is the top tier of heating and cooling companies. Terry was our tech for the annual check was great. He was prompt, professional and cordial. We highly recommend Crown for your heating and cooling needs. All star team from all angles.
