AC tech was polite and thorough. Took his time to get all required measurements.
The technician was Ralph Schrader. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything as he went along. He suggested a service contract, explaining it throughly. My husband retired from Crown...so Ralph was very understanding as my husband watched..and talked, as he did his job. Lol. We would recommend Crown to all our friends.

Your survice man was very nice, even when I wasn't at home when he got there, he had to find his way around my basement looking for the lights, when I did get home he was working on the ac in what ever light he could find, I'm sorry I forgot he was coming, he did a good job as all your men have in the past, I'm sorry I forgot his name , keep up the good work.
