The technician was friendly,courteous and informative. He explained everything he was checking and did find a potential problem. The part was replaced to avoid future damage to the AC unit. I will continue to use the Crown Group to service my HVAC unit.

We had a great experience with Donny at The Crown Group. Our heat went out and Crown was very responsive in getting the necessary parts to fix the problem. Donny walked us through what the issues were and fixed them as quickly as possible. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you!
A VERY Positive experience with Crown Group team. The rep, DONNY L SMITH, was on time, performed a thorough diagnosis of the a/c system, and found a couple of essential parts-capacitors-deteriorating. This was due to the age of the unit. During the repairs, Donny pointed out that my selection of filters was integral to the efficiency of the unit, recommending other choices. Donny is an excellent example of the professionals at Crown. A bunch of real pros, who I highly recommend for all heating and a/c concerns.
I wouldn't even consider another company! We were very satisfied with every problem they have corrected with us. Several men have come to our home at different times and I don't remember their names, but today it was Ralph. Loved his sense of humor!
