Crown came out yesterday and installed an ActivFlo to help prevent scaling. They also inspected all of the plumbing in the whole house. They did an excellent job!
I had Crown disconnect our AC unit so the base could be concreted along with our driveway. The whole process from the initial call, through the multiple reschedules due to the weather, to the reinstall was absolutely effortless. Crowns communication was superb!! The customer service employees and technicians treated us like family, which for me is more important than cost of service. The quality of work was outstanding. Thank you to everyone we worked with for a pleasurable and perfect experience.
We've had an annual maintenance contract with Crown for many years. They're always informative, trustworthy, punctual and professional. Their technicians Darryl & Richard are a great asset to the Crown organization.
