The technician was Ralph Schrader. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything as he went along. He suggested a service contract, explaining it throughly. My husband retired from Crown...so Ralph was very understanding as my husband watched..and talked, as he did his job. Lol. We would recommend Crown to all our friends.

Your survice man was very nice, even when I wasn't at home when he got there, he had to find his way around my basement looking for the lights, when I did get home he was working on the ac in what ever light he could find, I'm sorry I forgot he was coming, he did a good job as all your men have in the past, I'm sorry I forgot his name , keep up the good work. Our Service Representative was very professional. He provided the service in an efficient manner and reviewed with us everything regarding the services that were performed. Also he took the time to explain how the new equipment that he installed worked. He made sure we were comfortable with the operation of this new equipment.
