Maintenance on our furnace they installed 14 years ago
Tim from Crown stopped by early in the scheduled "window" for our semi-annual equipment check. He pointed out some additional programming with our thermostat that we had not seen before and checked our system. He quickly and efficiently addressed a small leak we found prior to his visit. Very helpful, very professional. Exactly what we hoped for.
Everything is in order, he cleaned up and was very polite. I like Ralph he is a fun guy to be around.....Service today was wonderful...Ralph knows his job and performs what has to be done. thank you. Every time Ralph comes he does a wonderful job. Really like his professional service and his sense of humor. Thank you
Notifications and setting up times for each season helpful. Tech was polite and covered shoes without my asking. He answered my questions for nest therm. And set ranges.
