super nice salesman, great union company, I learned quite a bit from the salesman. sadly cost is over my budget, but give them a shot, my neighbor went with Crown Group and has been happy with his carrier for 14 years.
2024 was my first year using Crown Group and so far they have been great! Very friendly when you call, punctual techs and knowledgeable staff. I recently had the pleasure of receiving service from Daryl, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Daryl was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease with his approachable demeanor. Not only was he easy to talk to, but his knowledge about the job was evident and impressive.
I sincerely appreciated how he never made me feel bad for asking so many questions and took his time. He patiently answered each question I had, explaining the process in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a genuine willingness to help understand the process as well.
