Giveaway Official Rules
1) No Purchase Necessary / Odds
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase odds. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
2) Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Ohio age 18+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
3) Exclusions
Not eligible: Sponsor employees/owners/agents and immediate family/household; Event/venue staff; other exhibitors/vendors. Sponsor may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, altered, automated, or false entries; decisions are final.
4) Entry Period / Limits
Enter at Sponsor’s booth during Event show hours or online on sponsor’s website. Limit one (1) entry per person (and per household, at Sponsor’s discretion). Incomplete entries are void.
5) Installation Criteria & Scope
Valid for qualifying residential properties within the Service Area. Winner must be homeowner (or provide written owner authorization) and provide safe access. Standard installation/start-up included. Excludes permits/fees, taxes, electrical or gas upgrades beyond standard connections, ductwork/structural work, venting changes, remediation (asbestos/mold/lead), code-correction of pre-existing conditions, crane/rigging, and any work not expressly included. If excluded work is required for a safe, code-compliant install, winner may pay Sponsor, use a qualified third party, or forfeit the prize.
6) Winner Selection / Notification
Winner(s) selected by random drawing after the Event. Winner(s) notified via phone/email provided and must respond within the timeframe stated at notification or may forfeit; alternates may be selected.
7) Taxes / Release / Venue Disclaimer
Winner responsible for all applicable taxes; Sponsor may require a W?9. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and Event/venue parties from claims arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.
