The service was done thoroughly. The service provider answered my questions and gave me some tips on what type of filters to get for my furnace as well as where to get them from. He explained to me about MERV Ratings. This was quite beneficial and great to know. Carlton was very friendly and approachable. He also took his time to ensure the job was done correctly. Jimmy does a wonderful job with my maintenance. Pointed out that I need to check my filter after a few months to see if it's dirty/ filled with cat hair!
My bad for not doing that. He leaves everything as he found it. Very neat and tidy. Cleaned and checked air conditioner outside and unit in basement( heater/ cooling .
Crown has maintained my heating/ air since I moved into this house 25 years ago. I bought a new unit several years ago and it works well
