The issue today was with the office staff. They called our home to verify that we were home for our scheduled appointment and asked us to call back within a few minutes. I called back within 1 minutes, and they already sent the technician to another job. This issue was created by the office staff and not the technician. The technician eventually was at our home an hour and a half later. I waited from 8 am till about 1 pm for service today which is unacceptable. Again, the technician was great (as they always are). Office staff gets 1 star. Technician gets 5 stars.

We just had Crown do an annual inspection on our home's a/c unit. They call us to let us know the service person is coming and he treated us with respect and was very knowledgeable and professional. Our furnace is already scheduled for the annual inspection with the yearly contract we have. If we do have a problem with either our a/c or heat we call and because we have the contract we do not have to wait days for an appointment.

I was called the morning of my appointment by the dispatch office confirming my appointment. The tech, Ralph called me when he was on his way over to my house. Ralph was courteous and easy to work with. He explained what he did in regards to the maintenance on my A/C.
I will continue to choose Crown for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

The service tech was very knowledgeable. He lead me into my decision to just have the unit replaced verses serviced based on age, repair cost, and future life expectancy if repaired. Ultimately the cost to repair verses replace to me was just not worth it. It's not cheap but I believe the practical of it says it's a better bang for the buck. Thank you.
